Job Description

Job Summary

At The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for an energetic and service-focused Food & Beverage Runner to support seamless dining experiences for our members and guests. The role plays an essential part in connecting the Culinary and service teams, ensuring orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and with the presentation standards expected of the Club.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from preparation areas to the appropriate tables or service points.
  • Verify orders for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with Culinary, Bar, and service teams to maintain an efficient and seamless flow of service.
  • Support Waiters / Waitresses with table preparation, clearing, resetting, and other service requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and table numbers to ensure accurate service delivery.
  • Anticipate operational needs and respond quickly to service priorities during busy periods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, equipment, and designated work areas.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and established Club procedures at all times.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Relevant Hospitality or Food & Beverage training is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of Food & Beverage or restaurant service experience, preferably within a private members club, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and presentation.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across service teams.
  • Energetic, agile, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Professional and discreet with a strong awareness of member and guest service standards.
  • Positive, proactive, and committed to supporting an exceptional dining experience.
