Job Description

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the delivery of exceptional dining and beverage experiences at The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi. The role leads day-to-day service operations, guides the F&B team, and ensures consistently high standards of member engagement, service delivery, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistently high-quality service.
  • Lead and support the F&B team during service, providing direction, coaching, and real-time feedback.
  • Engage with members and guests, anticipate preferences, and ensure personalized and attentive service.
  • Monitor service standards, presentation, product quality, and outlet readiness throughout the operation.
  • Handle member feedback and service concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with Culinary, Events, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support inventory control, stock management, cost awareness, and responsible use of operational resources.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and established Club procedures.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of Food & Beverage experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, preferably within private members clubs, luxury dining, or premium hospitality environments.
  • Strong leadership and team coaching capabilities with a hands-on approach.
  • Refined member engagement and service recovery skills.
  • Strong operational awareness with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Composed, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced service environment.
