Job Description

Job Summary

The Food & Beverage Administrator supports the smooth and efficient coordination of Food & Beverage operations at The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to the F&B leadership team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication, and seamless coordination across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Food & Beverage leadership team.
  • Maintain departmental reports, schedules, records, correspondence, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate purchase requests, invoices, inventory records, and supplier-related documentation.
  • Support team scheduling, attendance records, training coordination, and departmental communications.
  • Prepare operational reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Coordinate with Culinary, Events, Finance, Procurement, and other teams to support efficient F&B operations.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
  • Support departmental projects, audits, events, and operational requirements as needed.

Desired Skill & Expertise

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably within Food & Beverage, private members clubs, events, or premium hospitality environments.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital workplace, reporting, and operational systems.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High level of discretion, accuracy, and professional accountability.
