Job Description

The Female Security Guard is responsible for helping maintain a safe, secure, discreet, and welcoming environment within an exclusive luxury destination.

The role involves monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, assisting guests and visitors when required, protecting people and assets, and responding professionally to security and safety matters. The successful candidate must demonstrate integrity, alertness, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor entrances, exits, reception points, parking areas, guest areas, operational zones, and restricted locations.
  • Verify the identity and authorization of employees, guests, visitors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular indoor and outdoor patrols and report any unusual activity, safety concerns, damage, or maintenance issues.
  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, access-control systems, communication equipment, and other security systems.
  • Maintain a visible, professional, and discreet security presence.
  • Protect guests, employees, visitors, facilities, vehicles, equipment, valuables, and confidential information.
  • Respond promptly and calmly to emergencies, disturbances, suspicious activity, accidents, medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches.
  • Assist with emergency procedures, evacuations, fire-safety measures, and crowd management when required.
  • Support the security team during private functions, VIP visits, deliveries, and special events.
  • Assist with female guest and visitor screening, access checks, and personal-safety matters where required and in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
  • Maintain accurate daily occurrence logs, patrol records, access records, and incident reports.
  • Report security incidents, lost and found items, suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to the Security Supervisor.
  • Follow all security procedures, emergency protocols, confidentiality requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Communicate and coordinate professionally with Security, Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Recreation, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
  • Provide courteous assistance and directions while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and readiness of the assigned security post.
  • Attend briefings, drills, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or management.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in a security, safety, access-control, customer-service, private-estate, corporate, residential, luxury, or high-end environment is preferred.
  • Valid security license or local regulatory certification, where applicable.
  • Basic knowledge of access control, patrol procedures, CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and incident reporting.
  • First aid, CPR, or fire-safety training is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer and communication-equipment skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overnight duties when required.
  • Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
