The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering friendly, efficient service while preparing and serving food and beverages. This role helps create a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, quality, accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, courteous service.
• Take, process, and accurately fulfill food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve menu items according to company standards.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Restock food, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
• Support opening, closing, inventory, and general operational duties.
• Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic cash-handling and point-of-sale skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
