Job Description

The Food & Beverage team is responsible for delivering a high-quality, guest-focused dining and beverage experience within a premium beach and hospitality environment. The role supports daily operations across food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, product quality, and a welcoming atmosphere.

 

  • Deliver professional, attentive, and personalized service to all guests.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, beach service, and event areas.
  • Ensure food and beverages are presented and served according to established quality and service standards.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages, promotions, and guest offerings.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, feedback, and service concerns.
  • Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, well presented, and ready for operation.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and sanitation procedures at all times.
  • Coordinate effectively with culinary, stewarding, events, and other operational teams.
  • Support opening and closing procedures, stock management, equipment checks, and operational preparation.
  • Assist with special events, private functions, beach activations, and high-volume service periods.
  • Follow cash-handling, point-of-sale, billing, and payment procedures where applicable.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and report shortages, breakages, or operational issues.
  • Promote menu items and experiences through appropriate recommendations and upselling.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate positive, courteous behavior at all times.
  • Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable local regulations.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous Food & Beverage experience within hospitality, restaurants, resorts is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest-focused attitude with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multicultural team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is preferred.
