Job Description

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations and ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets. The role involves supervising security personnel, enforcing security policies and procedures, monitoring incidents, conducting investigations, and maintaining a secure environment. The Security Supervisor works closely with management to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and respond effectively to emergencies and security-related incidents.

 

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers and guards.
  • Monitor security operations and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security checks.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate security responses.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance.
  • Maintain security records, logs, and incident reports.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required.
  • Ensure security equipment and systems are properly maintained and operational.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of security experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and incident management.
