Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room supplies.
  • Ensure guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors are clean and well-maintained.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to the appropriate department.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, cleaning equipment, and storage areas in an organized manner.
  • Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties when required.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shifts.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
