Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Front Desk Supervisor to lead and support the front office team in delivering excellent guest service. The successful candidate will oversee daily front desk operations, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front desk operations and support front office staff.
  • Ensure efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Train, guide, and motivate front desk team members.
  • Monitor room availability, reservations, and guest records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with preparing schedules and managing shift coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Handle billing, payments, and cash handling procedures when required.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in front office or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage team performance.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
