Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Senior Waiter to join our hotel restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide quality food and beverage service, assist in supervising junior staff, and ensure guests receive an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and provide professional food and beverage service.
  • Take orders accurately and serve meals and drinks efficiently.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
  • Assist in training and guiding junior waiters and team members.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Handle billing and payment processes when required.
  • Follow hotel service standards and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist supervisors with daily restaurant operations when needed.
