Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and professional Bar Attendant to join our hotel team at Denbi Eco Lodge, Ethiopia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, and providing excellent customer service to hotel guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
  • Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Replenish stock and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all beverages are served according to hotel standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of beverages and bar operations.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
