The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests using the swimming pool and/or beach facilities. This role involves monitoring activities, preventing accidents, and responding quickly and effectively to emergencies while maintaining a high level of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool and/or beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, providing rescue assistance and first aid/CPR when required.
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool, beach, and surrounding areas to identify and address potential hazards.
• Ensure lifesaving equipment is in good condition and readily available.
• Assist guests with inquiries and provide a welcoming and helpful presence.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside/beach areas.
• Record and report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
• Support emergency procedures and evacuation drills when necessary.
• Coordinate with security and management in case of incidents.

• Valid lifeguard certification from a recognized organization.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Good observation and quick decision-making abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and act efficiently in emergency situations.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
