The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. In a hospitality environment, this role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests
• Engage with guests, take orders accurately, and make recommendations when appropriate
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash and transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Ensure proper setup and closing of the bar, including restocking and preparation for service
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and requisitions
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and responsible service of beverage regulations
• Handle guest feedback or complaints professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of beverage preparation
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and upselling skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
