The Food & Beverage Intern supports daily food and beverage operations while gaining hands-on experience in hotel service standards, guest interaction, and hospitality operations. This role is designed to provide practical training across restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or room service areas while contributing to high-quality guest service.
• Assist in daily food and beverage service operations under supervision
• Greet guests courteously and support service staff during meal periods
• Help set up and break down dining areas, buffets, and event spaces
• Serve food and beverages as directed, following hotel service standards
• Support cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and outlets
• Assist with basic food preparation or beverage service when assigned
• Learn and follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Observe and participate in inventory, stock handling, and service procedures
• Support team members during peak service periods
• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning activities
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or related program (preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
