The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to hotel guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. This role supports daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and/or room service operations while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.
• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment
• Set up and break down dining areas for service, events, or banquets
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Handle guest payments and operate POS systems accurately when required
• Assist with restocking supplies and inventory control
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and service team members
• Follow hotel policies, service standards, and grooming guidelines
• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
