Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within the UAE market and specifically within the Government segment.
Strong understanding of local government structures, procurement procedures, and preferred travel channels.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Professional presentation abilities and confidence in engaging with senior government officials.
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel CRM systems such as Opera, Delphi, or similar platforms.
Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within a team environment.
UAE driving licence preferred.
