• Collect and sort laundry from hotel guest rooms.
• Check garments for damage, stains, or special washing instructions.
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Use appropriate detergents, fabric softeners, and stain removers.
• Fold and hang clothing according to hotel standards.
• Keep laundry area clean and organized.
• Inform guests of any issues with their laundry or special requests.
• Keep track of inventory of supplies and report when items need to be restocked.
• Follow safety procedures when using laundry equipment and handling chemicals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role may be preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy loads.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as laundry services may be required 7 days a week.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.
• Ability to speak and understand English, as communication with guests and colleagues is necessary.
