Job Description

We are seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The role involves supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily kitchen operations, ensuring food preparation and presentation meet the required standards.

 

  • Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to guidelines.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.

  • Support the Chef de Partie in managing the section assigned.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.

  • Contribute to stock control, minimizing waste, and ensuring proper storage.

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver smooth operations.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with good communication skills.

  • Flexibility with shifts and working hours.
