Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions or breakdowns
• Installing new equipment and systems
• Testing and evaluating equipment and systems to ensure they are working properly
• Documenting work performed and maintaining accurate records
• Following safety procedures and regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in a relevant field, such as electrical, mechanical, or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning)
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
