Job Description

 

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Hotel Operations Intern to join our team in Dubai. This internship provides a hands-on, immersive experience across various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales and Marketing, Reservation, Finance, and Human Resources.  Interns will support daily operations, assist in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and gain a deep understanding of the hospitality industry in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

 

Department: Multi-Departmental / Rotational

Duration: 2 Weeks

Working schedule: 6 hours per day

 

Key Learnings:

 

During this two-week internship, students will gain valuable exposure to the hospitality industry by shadowing professionals across various hotel departments. While this is a non-operational, observation-based experience, participants will:

  • Gain a basic understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Observe daily workflows in departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Reservations, Finance, and Human Resources.
  • Learn about the importance of teamwork, communication, and professionalism in a hospitality setting.
  • Explore potential career paths within the hotel industry.
  • Develop a foundational awareness of how different departments collaborate to create a seamless guest experience.

Desired Skill & Expertise

 

  • At least 15 years old.
  • Currently student in Dubai.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry.
