As a Gym Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment for all guests and team members. You will provide support in ensuring the gym is well-equipped, hygienic, and aligned with luxury hospitality standards, while also assisting guests with basic equipment use and wellness-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and fully stocked with towels, water, and fitness amenities.

• Sanitize equipment regularly and report any maintenance issues immediately.

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with gym equipment when required.

• Monitor the fitness area to ensure guest safety and appropriate use of equipment.

• Ensure music, lighting, and temperature levels contribute to a comfortable atmosphere.

• Support locker room upkeep and replenish amenities as needed.

• Assist in setting up for wellness classes or personal training sessions, if applicable.

• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Report guest feedback and service opportunities to the Manager.

• Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality, wellness, or recreation preferred.

• Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and guest service.

• Physically fit with strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

• Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
