As a Concierge Agent, you will be the go-to person for creating unforgettable guest moments. From exclusive reservations to personalized recommendations, you will deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented service that reflects the prestige and elegance of the world’s tallest hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guests with comprehensive information and recommendations on dining, entertainment, transportation, and local attractions in Dubai.

• Arrange reservations, tickets, transportation, tours, and special requests with precision and discretion.

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and cared for.

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency, empathy, and discretion.

• Maintain close relationships with vendors, service providers, and local partners to ensure quality guest experiences.

• Support VIP guests, long-stay guests, and repeat visitors with personalized services and amenities.

• Maintain an organized Concierge Desk with up-to-date brochures, maps, and local information.

• Coordinate with Bell Desk, Valet, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Log all guest requests and tasks accurately in the system and follow up until completion.

• 1–2 years of experience in a Concierge or Front Office role in a luxury hotel environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural passion for service.

• Well-versed in Dubai’s top attractions, fine dining, shopping, and cultural offerings.

• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.

• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.

• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
