As an F&B Crew member at Ciel, you are an essential part of the guest experience — ensuring that every detail of service reflects the elegance, care, and sophistication expected in the world’s tallest hotel. Whether you are welcoming guests, supporting the floor, or assisting with service delivery, you bring energy, attentiveness, and a team spirit that enhances every moment. Your role contributes to the seamless operations and elevated ambiance of our iconic venues.
Assist in setting up the restaurant or venue before service, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and attention to detail.
Greet and guide guests with a welcoming attitude and support service teams throughout the dining experience.
Serve water, bread, and other pre-meal items, and clear tables promptly and discreetly.
Support food and beverage runners and servers as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and floor.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, glassware, cutlery, and furniture during and after service.
Assist with side duties such as polishing, restocking, and setup of displays or buffets.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety standards as per hotel guidelines.
Provide support during special events, private dining, and high-profile service periods.
Work collaboratively with all F&B staff to maintain a positive, professional, and guest-focused environment.
Previous experience in a hospitality, restaurant, or service support role is preferred but not mandatory.
Enthusiastic and team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
Basic knowledge of service etiquette and guest interaction.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or equipment safely.
Well-groomed, punctual, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
