Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at the world’s tallest hotel. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing guidance to the front office team while maintaining the highest standards of luxury and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the front office team in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Oversee check-in, check-out, and billing processes with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Ensure guests are welcomed warmly and provided with personalized service throughout their stay.

  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction is prioritized.

  • Assist with training and mentoring front office colleagues to ensure consistent service excellence.

  • Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to ensure accurate data and efficient room allocation.

  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.

  • Ensure the front desk is organized, stocked, and presentable at all times.

  • Act as Manager on Duty when required.

  • Maintain accurate shift reports and handovers.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a 5-star hotel.

  • Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication and guest service skills.

  • Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Immaculate grooming and professional appearance.
