As Concierge Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at the Concierge Desk, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth coordination of all concierge-related tasks. You will act as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with efficiency, warmth, and a touch of luxury that reflects the prestigious identity of the world’s tallest hotel.
Supervise and guide the Concierge team to deliver prompt, professional, and personalized service.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, shopping, events, and transportation options to assist guests with accurate recommendations.
Coordinate guest services such as restaurant bookings, transportation, event tickets, tours, and special requests.
Ensure all guest requests, inquiries, and concerns are handled efficiently and followed up on to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist with the planning and execution of VIP arrivals, guest amenities, and special occasions.
Support the training and performance of Concierge team members to maintain service excellence.
Maintain an organized and presentable concierge desk at all times.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance the guest experience.
Act as the point of escalation for any guest concerns at the concierge desk.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel concierge or guest services role.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Exceptional knowledge of Dubai’s hospitality scene, attractions, and luxury services.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for guest service.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
