Job Description

As a Concierge Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by supervising the concierge team and ensuring seamless coordination of guest services. You will be the go-to expert for insider tips, local recommendations, and luxury lifestyle arrangements, setting the tone for memorable stays in the world’s tallest hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Concierge team to provide outstanding, personalized service to all guests.

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with requests including transportation, dining, entertainment, and special arrangements.

  • Monitor and ensure prompt handling of guest queries and requests both in person and via phone/email.

  • Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Bell Desk, Housekeeping, etc.) to fulfill guest needs efficiently.

  • Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to offer authentic and informed recommendations.

  • Manage shift schedules, performance, and training needs of the Concierge team.

  • Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process in collaboration with the Front Office.

  • Resolve guest complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction is always prioritized.

  • Ensure the Concierge desk and lobby area maintain a luxurious, welcoming appearance at all times.

  • Keep accurate records of guest preferences, requests, and services rendered.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a 5-star hotel concierge or guest service role.

  • Previous team leadership experience is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s luxury lifestyle, events, attractions, and hospitality standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about guest service and exceeding expectations.

  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Familiarity with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
