Job Description

As Front Office Coordinator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the Front Office team. You will play a key role in maintaining organization, communication, and documentation, ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Front Office leadership team.

  • Maintain departmental files, logs, SOPs, rosters, and training records.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, shift schedules, and performance documentation.

  • Support internal communication by distributing memos, notices, and updates across the front office team.

  • Coordinate onboarding of new team members, including uniforms, locker assignments, and system access.

  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth guest operations and staff coordination.

  • Monitor inventory and place orders for front desk supplies and collateral.

  • Assist in tracking guest feedback, preferences, and service recovery cases.

  • Participate in pre-opening activities, including database setup, documentation, and team training logistics.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • Previous experience in an administrative or front office role in a luxury hotel is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Opera Cloud is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A positive, team-focused attitude and high level of professionalism.
