As Assistant Chief Concierge, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized, anticipatory, and knowledgeable service to our guests. Supporting the Chief Concierge, you will help lead the Concierge team to craft unforgettable experiences, manage VIP and special guest requests, and ensure a seamless, luxury guest journey. You’ll also act as a local expert, with your finger on the pulse of everything Dubai has to offer.
Assist in leading the day-to-day operations of the Concierge desk and Bell Services.
Act as a go-to expert for guest inquiries, special requests, and VIP arrangements.
Provide curated recommendations for dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural attractions in Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and service providers to deliver exclusive experiences.
Supervise and train Concierge team members, ensuring exceptional service standards and consistent delivery.
Manage logistics for transportation, reservations, courier services, and personal errands for guests.
Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Guest Relations, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
Handle and resolve guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.
Support the pre-opening phase by assisting with SOP development, team onboarding, and local vendor connections.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Concierge role within a luxury hotel environment.
Experience in Dubai and knowledge of the local scene (dining, events, nightlife, attractions) is essential.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and guest engagement skills.
Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle high-profile guest requests.
Multilingual skills are a plus.
